After being arrested by the Scottish pigs for the imaginary crimes, they purported to want to talk to me about these supposed crimes. They went off for a bit and the manager told them to just charge me because I am not allowed to talk. Fuck human rights eh!? I have never heard of such ableist bullshit in my life, i didnt think that was legal or legally possible even but these POS thugs have managed it.
There exact words were ‘we have to charge you because you are vulnerable’ ie implying that they cant ask me anything because…. something would happen ? not sure what ? i spontaneously combust ? Its just a method of attacking disabled people there is no reason behind it they just thought they could do it cos they are lawless thug cunts.
The odd things about this arrest are:
Obviously direct discrimination calling me mentally retarded by forcing me to hold up the sign is direct discrimination based on what they thought my disability might be, despite having no clue whatsoever about anything about me. I perceive that as a hate crime and an attempt to vindicate themselves for their previous disgusting behaviour. Lucky I have actual proof or nobody would believe me. (THEY AND THEIR SUPERIORS REFUSE TO HAND OVER THE VIDEO OF THEM DOING THIS)
Purporting to want a chat, talking weird shit about messages i didnt understand, asking for clarity resulted in arrest.
The investigation was short to nothing – the 2 or 3 questions they asked were bizarre and oblique
Hiding the ridiculous made up charges till after i spoke to a lawyer for about 30 seconds, then telling me on the way out.
Telling them i hadnt actually met Carrie at the time made no difference and they ignored me (6 years previously cos i guess they couldnt think of anything else, just desperate to fucking come up with something)
Preventing me from getting a lawyer then and right now they are still doing so claiming oh we dont have a mechanism to do that (the court said that literally can prove)
Outright stating they had decided I can represent myself (illegal)
Told me they were helping me then gave me food that poisoned me and i was shitting all over the place in a room they put me in with no toilet paper. i went to the shower and no water came out. i had to climb on the sink and wash shit out of my ass. that was fun.
They told me not to take my wallet with me leaving me with no food or money in a strange town in unsuitable accommodation for my disability
They took away my phone, stopping me from calling for help.
They then told me i was vulnerable. Is this what you do to vulnerable people ?
To me this looks an awful lot like a fraudulent attack on disability.
