Ken ‘Wayne’ Kerr at inverness court is some sad little prick whose job it is to be a cunt to disabled people. this court is not fit for any kind of disability case, it cant even follow disability law itself! i had already decided that a year previous when i was scoping out my case to sue the police. now i have even more reason.
After it became clear the abusive parties were continuing with their road to nowhere, i got back in touch with the court, they invited me back, but they didnt explain what adjustments they would make. i asked them to do a link up cos i would never be able to afford to get there and they said ok we will get back in touch with you in due course. oh yeah due course. i still havent heard back now!
i believe their failure to reply in time was on purpose but i have no solicitor to fight that and so my only recourse is slapping it on my website. the fact they did exactly the same thing before suggests it was not a mere mistake but policy – sending me 50 messages saying due course but never sending anything.
i am so in contempt of this court you might as well stick me in the electric chair now and i would thank you!

the first time i heard of wayne he wrote to me and immediately broke the equality act. BOOM
i wrote back and said this guy has broken the equality act, put someone else on.
he wrote back to harass me more. i wrote back to say youve broken the equality act dont even contact me again go get someone else who knows what it is. i made it very VERY FUCKING clear he was never to contact me again. this is something that happens a lot when i speak to authorities. if they want to fucking speak to me they have to obey the equality act or FUCKOFF
i wrote back assuming i would be speaking to someone else now. i was like.. great invitation, adjustments. wheres my lawyer ? they are supposed to provide a lawyer. throughout they have tried to say im vulnerable to attack me and they have actively tried to prevent me from seeing one.
he wrote back AGAIN and this time it felt malicious that he had contacted me again, but it didnt stop there! oh no! i really felt harassed at this point and i felt it was abusive.

as i thought its not actually a real court its just some rural farce staffed by minimum wage fuckwits.
i told him of course you do, you have a phone. pick it up and get one. he has tried to stop me getting one since, answering every mail each time harassing more and under the equality act thats illegal AS WELL. ah fuck what a mess. what a cunt. the whole point of adjustments is you fucking adjust. that means, you do something different from what you normally do. ah fuck it nobody gives a fuck about these laws anyway they are just an inconvenience to dodge round.
a real court in england if you get charged because you are vulnerable (which is not an offence in england) they will HAVE TO give you a lawyer. here in rural buttfuck land they dont have the mechanism cos they arent a real court.
I tried to get one myself. its impossible. i gave up after 100s of mails, phones. its taken a long time to get all this out and someone else should have written this since they would have got it done quicker and i swear all the time.
so after all this abuse from Mr Kerr, i did my usual when getting harassed and refused proper replies and told him to fuck right off. he was like ooo youre getting abusive. YOURE FUCKING ABUSIVE YOU CUNT.
you just shat over disability law, then continued harassing on email. then after i became notably distressed about it you CONTINUED and then tried to frame my distress as abuse to vindicate yourself. youre a fucking cunt is what you are. he even actually tried to insert himself in the process if i wanted a representative. obviously he needs to be sacked for that. or they can do the whole training thing but i dont think he should work there anymore really, he would be better in the fields or something. looking after sheep.
